The client agrees to provide MADA with his information and data, such as a Social Security Statement, a form and/or identification documents for the client and contact information. In case a sponsor / co-signer is required, the same documents need to be collected from that individual. This information could be collected online, through a user account on our website, or offline.
Some features of MADA website may require registration or filling in the forms to allow users to submit their own messages, photos, and other user-generated content (“User Submissions”). The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information and to promptly update this information to maintain its accuracy. The client, at all times, remains fully responsible for their User Submissions, for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password, and for all activities that occur under their password or account.
MADA is committed to maintain the confidentiality of the client’s information and data, and is also committed not to use it for any purposes outside the scope of the business relationship and/or share it with any third party without the prior written consent of the client or because of one of the cases permitted under the provisions of the legislation in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
MADA does not require visitors to register or otherwise provide personally identifiable information in order to visit our site.
